New 7 Series Cable Gland Range Gains UL Approval
Our new range of 7 series Cable Glands has received certification from the Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® (USA)
A highlight of the range is the new patented Rear Sealing System Arrangement which features:
- One seal per Cable Gland size.No need for special seals.
- Seal range marked on the backnut.
- Low torque compression.
- High visibility/inspectability.
- Resists high pullout forces.
- IP66, IP67, IP68 and Deluge (DTS01) ingress protection.
- LSFZH properties.
- Ozone and oil resistant.
- Suitable for use at both high and low temperature extremes.
- Nut can be hand tightened. A hexagon is provided on the rear of the nut if required.
The Range Comprises:
The 701 Cable Gland For use with continuous corrugated aluminum, interlocked aluminum and interlocked steel, Metal Clad (MC) and Teck type cables.
The 710 Cable Gland For use with non-armored cable, as permitted by the National Electric Code® (ANSI/NFPA 70).
The 711 Cable Gland For use with continuous corrugated aluminum, Armor Type Metal Clad MCHL cables.
The 753 Cable Gland For use with armored marine shipboard jacketed or non-jacketed cable.
The 755 Cable Gland For use with armored jacketed cable, as permitted by the National Electric Code® (ANSI/NFPA 70).
