Transfer Of Hawke International Transit Business
Hawke International is pleased to announce the transfer of our Transit business to Hawke HTS.
The transfer of the business follows a significant review of our business activities and a desire to focus on our core products. This allows a greater opportunity for improved customer care through dedicated design effort, market intelligence and sales support.
Hawke HTS is a business with tremendous experience in the the Hawke Transit product range. The transfer incorporates all the design rights, IP, business assets and an agreement to continue to use the Hawke name in association with the product range for the foreseeable future.
It is HTS's desire to take the existing Hawke range of products, continue to supply with the same supplier relationships and to maintain existing relationships and contracts, currently existing with Hawke International. Furthermore they intend to provide an improved customer focus through a dedication to the development of the product range, enhanced quality and product design features and improved customer care.
